Gretchen graduated with her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Regis University in 2007. Gretchen’s area of expertise is in Pelvic Floor Physical Therapy. She works across the lifespan including pre and postnatal care, perimenopausal years, and pediatric issues related to the pelvis. Gretchen is trained in visceral fascial mobilization as well as multiple modalities in exercise including yoga, weight training, pilates, kettlebells and running. Gretchen also works as an adjunct faculty member at the University of Wyoming Department of Kinesiology and WWAMI Medical School. In her leisure time, Gretchen enjoys weight training, running, yoga, kettlebells and spending time outdoors with her husband, Jon, and two children. Gretchen loves being a Physical Therapist to develop a strong relationship with patients to help achieve their goals through education, specialized and individualized care.
