Gretchen graduated with her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Regis University in 2007. Gretchen’s area of expertise is in Pelvic Floor Physical Therapy. More specifically, she provides specialized care during the prenatal and postpartum period in a woman’s life as well as issues related to pelvic pain and incontinence. Gretchen also works as an adjunct faculty member at the University of Wyoming Department of Kinesiology and WWAMI Medical School. She is also a volunteer coach and co-director for Healthy Kids Rx, a non-profit afterschool youth fitness program. In her leisure time, Gretchen enjoys CrossFit, Running, Yoga, Kettlebells and spending time outdoors with her husband, Jon, and two children. Gretchen loves being a Physical Therapist to develop a strong relationship with patients to help achieve their goals through education, specialized and individualized care.
