Paid Time Off
4 weeks paid time off for full time physical therapists
Paid time off can be used as vacation, sick time or for whatever purpose necessary. 40 hours of paid time off can be carried over to the next year
401 K Plan
Eligible after 1000 hours
HSA
$25 per month is contributed by employer if the employee contributes a minimum of $25 per month
Education Stipend
$3000 per year for educational expenses. Consideration beyond this limit is given for certifications, testing and program development that is requested by the employer. We offer at least 1 course per year at one of our Wyoming offices.
Holidays
6 paid holidays – New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, July 4, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day
Autonomy
An environment of professional autonomy is fostered at our companies. Therapists can define the types of patients that they would like to focus on treating. Collegial treatment and patient care are encouraged as we strive to achieve evidenced based practice with each patient interaction. Therapists are encouraged to challenge themselves and their colleagues intellectually.
Dues/Licenses
Professional Association dues paid in full for all full-time therapists. Expectation is that the therapist will participate in meetings, continuing education offerings and other events that the local chapter hosts at least 2 times per year. Dues for other associations/organizations will be paid at the discretion of management. License fees for all therapists will be paid in full.
Residency/Fellowship
Residency or fellowship paid in full with a 5-year contracted commitment to the company.
Insurance
Malpractice paid in full for all therapists.
Health insurance paid at 100% for all full-time staff. Dependents are eligible at pre-tax rate for health insurance.
Aflac Insurance available pre-tax
Vision insurance available pre-tax
Incentive Plan
Monthly monetary bonus based on therapist’s individual achievement of known clinic benchmarks.
