Elizabeth Scherer

PT, DPT

Liz is originally a Wyoming native, but moved to Kansas and eventually made her way back to Wyoming, after school. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science at the University of Kansas before continuing to Missouri State University where she earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2017.

Liz is passionate about promoting physical and mental well-being which drives her principled approach to physical therapy. She particularly enjoys working with geriatric populations, but as a former collegiate athlete herself, she has a special place in her heart for helping athletes continue their sport. One of her favorite parts about being a PT is knowing that she can help stave off physical decline and even help patients avoid surgery.

In her free time, Liz enjoys all things outdoors including hiking, biking, skiing, snowmobiling, and spending time with her boyfriend and their two fur babies. You can also find her throwing around weights at the crossfit gym. She loves being a part of the High Country PT team and being a primary resource for dealing with injury and preventative healthcare in the Laramie community.

We are continually taking classes to stay on top of our game. Here are some that Liz has taken:
